1. Agreement to Terms

By adding the Bot to a Discord server, interacting with the Bot in any server, or using any feature the Bot provides, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are adding the Bot to a server on behalf of others, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

These Terms apply to all users, including server owners, server administrators, and regular members.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

2. Eligibility

To use the Bot you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing.
• Not have been previously banned or restricted from using the Bot.
• Comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.

3. Description of the Bot

The Bot is a multi-purpose Discord application that provides the following features:

3.1 Economy and Progression

• A coin and gem currency system with wallets, daily rewards, and streaks.
• A levelling system based on server activity, with rank cards and tiered ranks.
• Achievements and quest systems with milestone rewards.
• A bank system with savings accounts, deposits, withdrawals, tiered interest, peer-to-peer transfers, and loans.
• An economy graph and spending analytics.

3.2 Mini-Games

• Gambling games: coinflip, slots, roulette, blackjack, hilo, five-dice.
• Skill games: Wordle, Hangman, Trivia, Riddles, Country Quiz, Emoji Phrase, Unscramble, Mastermind, Memory/Pairs, Math Sprint, Solo Heist, Hide & Seek, Number Hunt, Lottery.
• A rock-paper-scissors game and a dice roller.

3.3 AI Systems

• An AI chat system supporting multiple providers (Groq, Cerebras, OpenRouter) and ten personality modes. The AI responds to messages in configured channels.
• An Akinator-style guessing game powered by AI and a Wikipedia-crawled knowledge base.
• AI-generated trivia questions, riddles, and country quizzes.

3.4 Voice Features

• Speech-to-text (STT) transcription via Groq's Whisper API while in voice channels.
• Text-to-speech (TTS) playback using the Murf API.
• Opt-in voice cloning, which records a sample of your voice and uses it for TTS output.
• A soundboard system for playing preset audio clips in voice channels.

3.5 Server Management and Social

• Customisable welcome and leave messages with canvas-rendered welcome cards, DM messaging, invite tracking, and auto-role assignment.
• Leaderboards for coins, XP, bank balance, achievements, and game stats.
• A server pet with stats, moods, and interactive events.
• A time capsule system for scheduling messages to be delivered in the future.
• Auto-quote channels.
• GIF reactions (fun and anime categories).
• Image and media processing tools (filters, captions, overlays, transformations).
• A guidebook and per-server setup/configuration panel.
• Custom embed builder and custom command manager.
• Event scheduling and announcement system.

3.6 Customisation

• Per-user card personalisation: rank card theme, style, accent colour, and background tint.
• Per-guild prefix, economy parameters, and embed colour branding.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Bot for its intended features within Discord servers in compliance with these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Abuse or exploit the economy system — including bug exploitation, botting your own commands, coordinating with others to artificially inflate balances, or any other manipulation that undermines the fairness of the economy for other users.
2. Spam or flood commands — repeatedly sending commands in rapid succession in a way that degrades performance for other users or the Bot's host server.
3. Harass or harm others — using the Bot's features to harass, defame, impersonate, stalk, or threaten other users.
4. Generate prohibited content — prompting the AI chat system to produce content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, inciting to violence, or otherwise in violation of Discord's Community Guidelines.
5. Attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the Bot — including sending crafted inputs designed to extract internal logic, bypass restrictions, inject malicious commands, or obtain other users' data.
6. Misuse voice features — recording other users' voices without their consent, abusing the voice clone system to impersonate others maliciously, or using STT/TTS in ways that violate others' privacy or Discord's policies.
7. Distribute, resell, or sublicense any component of the Bot or claim it as your own.
8. Attempt to overload or crash the Bot — including sending unusually large inputs, performing denial-of-service style requests, or otherwise intentionally degrading Bot performance.
9. Use the Bot to collect data about other users without their knowledge and consent.
10. Circumvent bans or restrictions imposed by us or by a server administrator.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate and permanent restriction from the Bot without notice.

5. Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you add the Bot to a Discord server as an owner or administrator ("Server Admin"), you additionally agree that:

1. You have the authority and permission to add third-party bots to the server under Discord's Terms.
2. You are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately for your community, including restricting features that are not appropriate for your audience.
3. You will not use the Bot's configuration capabilities to mislead, harm, or harass your server's members.
4. You acknowledge that certain Bot features transmit data to third-party APIs, and you consent to those transmissions on behalf of your server.
5. You will not use the Bot's DM features, welcome system, or reaction role system to spam unsolicited messages or to violate Discord's policies on mass messaging.

Server Admins bear responsibility for how the Bot is used within their server. We may act on reports of abuse originating from a specific server.

6. Economy and Virtual Currency

6.1 Nature of Virtual Currency

Coins and gems within the Bot are virtual, in-game currencies with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred outside the Bot's ecosystem, or used to purchase real goods or services.

6.2 No Guarantee of Continuity

Virtual currency balances, bank account balances, and any other in-game economic data may be reset, modified, or wiped at any time at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to compensate you for any virtual currency lost.

6.3 Gambling Features

Certain mini-games within the Bot involve wagering in-game currency. These features are purely for entertainment and involve no real-money gambling of any kind. If your jurisdiction regulates simulated gambling in software, it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local law.

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

The AI chat and AI-generated game content within the Bot is produced by third-party large language models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or offensive. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

7.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7.3 Content Moderation

We have configured the AI system with personality modes and system prompts intended to limit harmful outputs. However, we cannot guarantee that the AI will never produce problematic content. If you encounter harmful AI-generated output, please report it.

8. Voice Features and Consent

8.1 Voice Recording Consent

By activating the STT feature in a voice channel, you consent to having your voice audio captured and transmitted to Groq's API for transcription. Audio clips are not retained after transcription is complete.

It is your responsibility as a user or server administrator to ensure that all participants in a voice channel are informed that voice recording is active. Recording others without their knowledge or consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The Bot

All code, systems, design, and logic comprising the Bot are the intellectual property of the Bot's developer(s). These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Bot for its intended purposes.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any original content you submit through the Bot. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content as necessary to provide the Bot's features.

9.3 Discord and Third Parties

Discord™ is a trademark of Discord Inc. Third-party services mentioned in these Terms are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or any third-party service provider.

10. Availability and Changes

10.1 No Uptime Guarantee

The Bot is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or performance. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, host infrastructure issues, Discord API outages, or other factors outside our control.

10.2 Changes to Features

We reserve the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Bot at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.

10.3 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Bot after Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10.4 Discontinuation

We reserve the right to permanently discontinue the Bot at any time. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, but are not obligated to do so.

11. Termination and Restriction

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user from using the Bot at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• Abuse, harassment, or exploitation of Bot features.
• Any conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the operation of the Bot.

Banned users may not circumvent their ban by using alternate accounts. Server administrators may also use the Bot's built-in configuration tools to restrict access to specific roles or channels within their server.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE BOT OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE BOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ZERO DOLLARS (USD $0.00), SINCE THE BOT IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Bot's developer(s), contributors, and operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Bot.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third party's rights.
• Any content you submit through the Bot.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Bot's primary developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Bot and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

These Terms apply solely to the Bot described herein. They do not constitute legal advice and do not override the Terms of Service of Discord Inc. or any other platform or service you use.
